As a Creative Graphic Designer at Zoomifier, you will play a pivotal role in leading our design team and shaping the visual direction of our projects. We are looking for individuals who have a strong background in graphic design and are ready to transition into a leadership role. Although the position is slightly senior, we value candidates who are still hands-on and possess sufficient design experience. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation of beautiful, dynamic, and inspiring presentations(and other sales artifacts) that resonate with sales teams worldwide. Your work will have a direct business impact, as it will be used in the field to drive sales and create engaging visual experiences. As a member of our dynamic and energetic marketing team, you will have the opportunity to push the boundaries of design and make a lasting impression. The leadership team at Zoomifier will provide extensive training and guidance to ensure you have the necessary strategic direction and tasks required for success in this leadership role. Prior to scheduling any interviews, we kindly request that you provide samples of your work to showcase your design abilities. Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing the design team to create impactful presentation slides with video and graphic elements
  • Developing original graphics and animations that captivate and engage the audience
  • Enhancing digital images, including cropping and applying basic Photoshop effects
  • Presenting visual design concepts for brainstorming and approval in a timely manner
  • Exposure to various design areas such as presentation design, motion design, visual design, interaction/information design, and design thinking

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience as a graphics designer in corporate and ad agency environments
  • Demonstrable experience in creating high-quality presentations and designs
  • Bachelor’s or associate degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field
  • Proficiency in visual design software, including Adobe Creative Suite – After Effects (this is a must), Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop
