To receive information on bounced emails within Zoomifier, you’ll need to enable IMAP.

First, log into Zoomifier at app.zoomifier.com. Click on your profile icon and select ‘Email Settings.’

In the IMAP settings section, enter the following details:

IMAP Host: imap.gmail.com
Port: 993
Email Address: Your Gmail address

Next, you’ll need to enable IMAP in your Gmail account and generate an app-specific password. Here’s how to do it:

Go to myaccount.google.com and sign in.
Click on Security from the left-hand menu.
Scroll down to 2-Step Verification and click Turn On. Complete the verification process.
Once enabled, scroll further down and click on App Passwords.
When prompted, re-enter your Google password.
Enter “Zoomifier” as the app name and click Generate.
Google will create a one-time app password—copy and save it securely.

Back in Zoomifier, paste this password into the ‘Password’ field under IMAP settings.

Now, click ‘Test Configuration’ to make sure everything is set up correctly.

If the test is successful, click ‘Save’—and you’re all set!

For Outlook

To receive information on bounced emails within Zoomifier, you’ll need to enable IMAP.

First, log into Zoomifier at app.zoomifier.com. Click on your profile icon and select ‘Email Settings.’

In the IMAP settings section, enter the following details:

IMAP Host: outlook.office365.com
Port: 993
Email Address: Your Outlook email address

Next, you’ll need to generate an app-specific password from your Microsoft account to ensure secure authentication. Here’s how to do it:

Go to outlook.com and sign in.
Click on your profile icon and select View Account.
Navigate to Security and click on Advanced Security Options.
Scroll down to App Passwords and click Create a new app password.
Enter “Zoomifier” as the app name and click Next.

Back in Zoomifier, paste the app password into the ‘Password’ field under IMAP settings.

Now, click ‘Test Configuration’ to verify the setup.

If the test is successful, click ‘Save’—and you’re done!
